Hockley Heath Parish Council is renewing its ground maintenance contract as it is approaching the end of its current agreement. Please view the tender document for details of the schedule of works required at Hockley Heath Recreation Ground. Please submit a tender for these works for the following years:
1 July 2020 – 30 June 2021
1 July 2021 – 30 June 2022
1 July 2022 – 30 June 2023
In usual times the Clerk would show you around the recreation grounds, its woodland, car park, play areas and facilities. However, in the current climate please view the grounds individually and contact the Clerk with any questions regarding the recreation grounds, its woodland, car park, play areas and facilities.
Please also include in your tender how you dispose of organic waste and also the materials from the litter bins and dog waste bins.
The Parish Council is keen to explore recycling bins in the park and would be interested to learn of whether you could dispose of various waste to recycling facilities.
The closing date for the tenders is Friday 24th April 2020. Tenders to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Clerk of Hockley Heath Parish Council, The Pavilion, Hockley Heath Recreation Ground, Old Warwick Road, Hockley Heath, Solihull, B94 6HH.
Please be aware that once a contract is granted Hockley Heath Parish Council will not pay for activities not carried out by a contractor or for activities that Hockley Heath Parish Council deem it necessary to cancel.
