Due to the confusion around expiry date for consultations on the application, Warwick District Council Planning Officer has advised the following (on 30 October 2026):

“I can advise that in terms of responses, I can advise that we can still receive responses after the target date and they will still be taken into consideration.

I am also due to display a site notice and once this is done, an additional 21 day period will be added the deadline from the date of display so there is still plenty of time for residents to comment on this one”.
