What is it?
In July 2010, Hockley Heath Parish Council established a grant scheme to help support its community and residents groups which clearly benefit inhabitants of Hockley Heath, Solihull.
How much can I apply for?
The amount allocated to small grants will be outlined in the annual precept but it is likely to be for amounts up to £500, although more can be applied for if necessary.
Who can apply?
Grants will only be awarded to voluntary organisations and community groups which will benefit the Parish and/or its inhabitants.
When can I apply?
There are 3 Parish Council meetings where grant applications will normally be considered; they are held on the 3rd Thursday in March, June and October. Applications should reach the clerk no later than two clear weeks prior to these meetings. Please speak to the Clerk if you wish to submit an application at another time.
